Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the Opportunity Briefing recruiting experience.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These terms are an agreement between you and Opportunity Briefing Demo Organization. By accessing the experience, submitting information, or acknowledging these terms, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the experience or submit information.

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

2. Purpose; no employment or appointment offer

Opportunity Briefing provides general information about a potential independent life-insurance agent opportunity, receives expressions of interest, and allows a visitor to request a conversation. It is not a job posting, employment application, employment offer, agent contract, insurance contract, carrier appointment, or promise that any agreement will be offered.

A registration, qualification response, or appointment does not guarantee contracting, licensing, appointment, leads, clients, commissions, or any other outcome. Any future relationship is governed by separate written agreements and applicable licensing and carrier requirements.

3. Compensation, licensing, and expenses

  • Compensation, if any, is commission-based under separate written agreements, not salary or hourly wages.
  • No earnings, production, sales, profit, lifestyle, or business outcome is guaranteed. Any example is illustrative, individual results vary, and results may be zero.
  • Appropriate insurance licenses and carrier appointments are required before conducting regulated activity.
  • Independent agents may incur expenses, including licensing, education, technology, marketing, and optional lead costs. Commission chargebacks or reversals may apply under separate agreements.

4. Accurate information and permitted use

You agree to provide accurate, current information that belongs to you and to use the experience only for lawful purposes. You may not impersonate another person, submit another person's contact information without authority, send spam, interfere with the service, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape nonpublic information, or try to access another person's records.

Do not submit sensitive information the forms do not request. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the experience, its users, or other parties, or when these terms are violated.

5. Communications

By asking for a response or scheduling a conversation, you ask the referring or assigned recruiter and opportunity team to contact you about that request by phone or email. Optional marketing email and text choices are separate, are not required to view the overview or request a conversation, and may be changed through the provided opt-out method.

6. Privacy and third-party services

The Privacy Notice explains how information is collected, used, retained, and disclosed. The experience may use or link to third-party services, including an embedded YouTube video. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability is not controlled by Opportunity Briefing Demo Organization.

7. Intellectual property and marks

The experience's original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the experience for its intended informational purpose. You may not copy, republish, resell, reverse engineer, create an unauthorized recruiting page, or remove rights notices except as permitted by law or written authorization.

Company and third-party names, logos, video, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. No license to use a mark or imply an unauthorized endorsement is granted by these terms.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

Content, features, appointment availability, and the opportunity may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. A booking may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.

9. Informational content and disclaimers

Content is general opportunity information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, licensing, or insurance advice. You are responsible for evaluating the opportunity and obtaining professional guidance where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the experience and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfringement. You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the experience, your violation of these terms, or information or content you submit without authority, to the extent allowed by law.
