Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use Opportunity Briefing.

1. Scope and responsible organization

Opportunity Briefing Demo Organization operates the Opportunity Briefing recruiting experience and is responsible for the personal information covered by this notice. Its mailing address is Demonstration environment - postal mail is not monitored.

Opportunity Briefing provides information about an independent insurance agent opportunity, preserves the referring recruiter, collects an expression of interest, and supports qualification and appointment scheduling. A recruiter who shares a personalized link may receive and respond to the resulting inquiry.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details, including name, email address, telephone number, and state.
  • Opportunity responses, including licensing status, timing, weekly capacity, interests, questions, and required acknowledgements.
  • Scheduling information, including selected time, time zone, meeting format, booking status, and recruiter.
  • Communication and consent records, including the choice made, disclosure shown, version, named parties, date and time, page, IP address, and browser user agent.
  • Referral and interaction information, including the personalized link, campaign labels, referring site, funnel steps, and overview-video progress events.
  • Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request metadata, and diagnostic records.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information, background-check materials, or other sensitive information that the experience does not request.

3. How we collect and use information

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you interact with the experience, and from the personalized recruiter link or referring page that brought you here.

  • Respond to and route your opportunity inquiry.
  • Present the overview and understand your questions and interests.
  • Offer appointment times and administer a scheduled conversation.
  • Send operational messages about your inquiry or appointment.
  • Send optional marketing email or text messages only when you make the corresponding choice and that channel is enabled.
  • Maintain recruiter attribution and measure funnel performance.
  • Protect the service, prevent misuse, diagnose failures, honor contact preferences, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Communication choices

Asking for a response is separate from optional marketing consent. Email and text marketing choices are presented separately and are not selected by default. Marketing consent is not required to view the overview or request a conversation.

We may still send operational communications needed to answer your request or administer a booking. You may use the unsubscribe or opt-out method in a marketing message, or contact us, to change a marketing preference. Suppression records may be retained so that a do-not-contact request continues to be honored.

5. How information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed to the recruiter whose link you used, an assigned recruiter, authorized administrators, and service providers that support hosting, databases, email, security, embedded video, and scheduling. They receive information for the relevant recruiting or service function.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect rights or property, investigate misuse, protect a person's safety, or address legal liability. The initial release does not send personal information to HighLevel or GoatLeads. If a new CRM or materially different recipient is enabled, this notice and the data flow will be reviewed first.

We do not sell the contact or qualification information collected through this experience for money, and the initial release does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies, analytics, and embedded content

The site uses limited first-party cookies or similar storage to maintain secure sessions, preserve first-touch attribution, protect forms, and restore progress. The initial release records first-party funnel events and does not load third-party advertising pixels.

After registration, you may choose to load a YouTube privacy-enhanced video. YouTube may then receive technical information and apply its own terms and privacy practices. Links to other sites are also governed by the destination's policies, which we do not control.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including responding to an inquiry, administering appointments, maintaining business and consent records, honoring suppression requests, protecting the service, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Usage and diagnostic information should generally be kept for a shorter period unless it is needed for security, service improvement, or law.

Suppression records are retained for as long as needed to keep honoring a do-not-contact request. You may ask about the retention of a specific record type through the privacy contact below.

8. Security and United States processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections, secure session cookies, rate limiting, and audit records. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The experience is operated in the United States. If information is submitted from another jurisdiction, it may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ.

9. Privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask about how it has been used. Send privacy requests to jeromy@goatleads.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or withhold information where permitted or required by law.
